Substitution Policy

All flowers are subject to there availability from our New Zealand flower markets. All efforts will be made to provide you with your specific requirements. However due to supply and demand sometimes this cannot always happen. Please provide us with a secondary choice of flower or our florists will substitute on your behalf the best possible choice.

Cancellation Policy

Online orders cancelled 24 hours before delivery date are subject to a full refund / online credit, which ever is your choice.

Exchange and Returns

Flowers are a perishable product therefore there are no exchanges or returns.

Delivery

We deliver within Queenstown and its surrounding areas seven days a week 364 days of the year. We deliver free in central Queenstown, (walking distance from the shop). Other delivery charges range from $10 to $25 depending on the area they are going to.
